Shipping
Can I get it shipped with an express service?

Yes, we ship with DHL. However, express shipments tend to have stricter customs checks, so your parcels might be opened, or their value could also be reevaluated for the fees or the security. Which also means - if you want more discretion, use the standard shipping options. .


Is my shipment insured

Yes, there is an insurance, the information will appear during the checkout process. You will see the different amount of insurance. .


How long will my order take?

We try our best to ship the orders as soon as we can. If the products are in stock, we do our best to dispatch them Monday-Friday within 48 hours.
If the product is out of stock, usually it will be listed on the product page, and the expected delay will be listed there as well.
Standard delivery can take up to 14 days to arrive, depending on the country sometimes it can be faster or slower. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the post office. Our experience show that during some periods of time such as: Black Friday, Holiday season etc. Sometimes the delay can take up to 2 months. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this.

Can I buy your products wholesale?

At this moment, we are not selling products wholesale.


Why has my card been charged a different amount than I was expecting?

We charge the cards in EUR. The prices displayed on our website in other currencies are there for reference. Daily rates do change, so there might be some variance in the charge amount. We regret that we cannot guarantee any prices in non-EUR currencies, because they vary between different banks and card issuers.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Bank transfers, PayPal.

Returns or exchanges can be accepted up to 7 days after receipt of your goods.
If you want to make a return inform us
For customers outside EU, please indicate the items enclosed are returned merchandise for customs declarations.

Please note: we are unable to refund or exchange items that were lost in the post.
We are also unable to process returns or exchanges for insertables, personal lubes, volatile products or other items that may have hygienic issues after use, or altered by transport.

I’ve received my order but a garment doesn’t fit, can I return it for a different size?

We can exchange the items for different sizes, but please note that it may take additional time if your required size is not in stock.
Please mark your package as returned goods to avoid extra customs charges.


The item I have received is faulty, can I return it and get a refund?

If you have a problem with an item please contact us. A member of our team will advise you and see what we can do.
Please don’t return faulty products without contacting us first. Provide evidence of the products as well as the packaging/parcel.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

You can use your discount codes at the checkout page where all your products are listed. Right before clicking “Proceed to checkout”, there will be a field called "Have a promo code?". Click there and you will be able to add your voucher code.


I have loyalty points, how do I use them?

You can use your loyalty points in the checkout page where all your products are listed. Right before clicking “Proceed to checkout”, at the top you can click on the text “Redeem now”. There you can enter how many points you want to redeem.


Do you sell DVD’s?

No, we don’t currently sell porn DVD’s.
